Juliano Rotoli Okawara has worked more actively as Tax Consultant. His experience includes preparation of tax planning, analysis and structuring of transactions of corporate restructuring, privatization and due diligence on acquisitions of companies, analyzing and structuring of financial transactions (Brazil and abroad), management of tax audit work, determination and updating of rates and tax credits and tax administrative and judicial litigation, and succession planning and family.
