MHM advises clients on matters of public procurements and competitive bids, contracts with public administration entities, as well as concessions, permissions and authorizations for the performance of a variety of regulated activities.
Our assistance involves the preparation of qualification documents and proposals, representing clients in the bid procedure, including active participation in hearings, as well as defending clients in administrative and court procedures whenever necessary.
We also advise clients in compliance issues with regulatory agencies in the areas of telecommunications (Anatel), electrical energy (ANEEL), oil and gas (ANP), transportation (ANT), and water and sewage (ANA), particularly regarding corporate and financial matters affecting our clients.
