Project Finance
The firm provides assistance to lenders, sponsors, investors and financial advisors in structuring and financing for industrial and infrastructure projects such as power plants, highways, oil, gas, sanitation, transportation, airports and telecommunications. The firm further provides advice in bid processes, structuring of collateral security, drafting term sheets, preparation of financing and security agreements, as well as in long-term agreements for the supply or procurement of goods and services. Services provided include assistance in negotiations with governmental authorities and procurement of any required approvals.

The firm’s expertise includes the representation of developers, lenders, sponsors and investors in several large and complex infrastructure projects including power, telecommunications, transportation, oil & gas and water and sanitation projects.
The firm has a significant track record in advising clients in financing programs administered by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
