The securities group of MHM benefits from the extensive experience of its members who have served as internal senior counselors for IDB/IIC, ABN-Amro and Chase Manhattan. The attorneys in the securities group have a broad financing expertise, which includes active involvement on syndicated loans transactions, leveraged lending, securities offerings, structured financing, restructuring and recapitalization, lease and asset-based financing and private placements.
